My name is Amine Zlourhi . And I want to be honest with you — MY FYTT almost never existed.

There were nights I sat alone, completely stuck, staring at a blank page with nothing but doubt filling the room. No name. No logo. No clear direction. Just a feeling deep in my chest that I had something worth building ,but I couldn't figure out how to bring it to life.

I lost sleep over it. I questioned myself more times than I can count. Some days felt like I was climbing a wall with no top. And in those moments, the easiest thing would have been to walk away and call it a dream that didn't work out.

But I didn't. Because I've learned something from years of training: the moment you want to quit is usually the moment you're closest to a breakthrough.

So I kept going. Day after day. Draft after draft. Until finally , MY FYTT was born.

Every Rep. Every Detail. Every Day.

The name, the logo, the vision nothing was rushed. I spent days obsessing over every detail because I knew who I was building this for. Not for everyone. For the ones who show up. The ones who push through. The ones who treat the gym like a second home and refuse to settle for less than their best.

That's who MY FYTT is for. People who work out. People who live the grind. People who understand that greatness isn't given it's earned, one rep at a time.
